Thanks for the reply. I understand what the symbol means when it's in the camera window UI. What I am asking about is what the symbol means when it's shown in the AI status window. The issue is that as you look through the analysis' it shows it detected a car, but the return back to BI was along the lines of "nothing found".Likely the same as found in BI's "Help", under ""cameras" => "camera window UI" and means "motion is detected".
Yes, and... What I am trying to accomplish is that I want to trigger on Zone A as below - basically not wanting to trigger on the motion on the main road to the left. But... I need the AI to be able to see the are in Zone B for the analysis. If only Zone A get looked at in the analysis, you get the higher up part blacked out, so it missed taller things like trucks because it can't figure out what it's looking at. Normally, I only have the area from the edge of the road in - our driveway - and don't care about passing traffic. When Zone A is set like that, it gets alot more blacked out and ignores anything that is above the driveway. Have it triggering on everything passing for testing. And, yeah.... I'm probably doing something wrong with the zones.Just a guess. Was this alert triggered using the Blue Iris motion sensor with object detection checked?
yeah, maybe this would make more sense:Ironic that this icon's meaning is the EXCACT OPPOSITE of that in the 'Camera Window UI' key in the Help PDF (post #2 above).
