Question about SmartPSS

I am trying to search and download past recordings.



SmartPSS isn't able to find cameras but I can browse to them if I type in their IP address.

Here is an example, I put in the network range but it doesn't find any cameras.



But I can browse to them with no problem


Any ideas what I could be doing wrong?

If you add them or the NVR manually with the '+ Add' button next to the 'Auto search' button, will that work?
Just type the IP address, username and password.

That appears to work, do you have the same problem? Do you have to add manually?

Never tried using Auto search, so wasn't really a problem for me. I always add manually.
With the ConfigTool I do use Auto search which works well.

Cams and NVR belong to the same network (192.168.3.0/24) ?

yes everything is on 192.168.3.0/24
