Question regarding Hik-connect server status

Hi everyone, I am new to this forum, so I will keep this post quick. I have a hikvision NVR camera system that for the longest time worked well on the hik-connect service. Two days ago, I noticed that my nvr was registering as offline. Since the cameras are at a vacation home, my assumption was that the power was out at the site. Using a separate camera system, I found out that electricity and internet was on at the site. Now for the weird part, live view on IVMS-4500 lite works fine, but remove playback is not registering. I also tried to check to see if hik-connect servers are currently up, and the server address of dev.hik-connect.com is down it seems. Am I correct in assuming that there are server issues on hik-connects side of things, or should I try to reconfigure my nvr's settings? Thanks for any feedback with this issue.
