Not sure the purpose of your first post - question or trying to knowledge drop...

But if trying to knowledge drop....Um, not exactly...

Some of these cameras get their little processor taxed out if you run 30FPS and other max rated capacities and then the quality actually suffers

15FPS is more than enough for surveillance purposes.

Shutter speed is more important than FPS.

Dialed in settings is better than running on default...

This is a tough call. It has some of the common indicators of spam but not all. It reads like spam but the ip address is from a mobile provider and not a vpn service.

Being on a mobile device could explain the birthrate LOL.

When I have replied on my mobile and type in bitrate it autocorrects to birthrate lol. So I have to remember to review before posting lol.
