Quick Sync Video Enable

How do I enable quick sync video? My CPU supports it.
 
I should have been more specific. I have it turned on but my 3 cameras are logging this message: 1 7/1/2017 4:47:18 PM Front HW VA not compatible: -10

Why is it not working?

Hello Patrick,

This means that the camera's video stream is not compatible with the Intel decoding on your CPU. You can disable this on the camera properties Video tab on a per-camera basis or altogether on Options/Cameras.

What settings do I need to configure to be sure that I am using H.264? There is confusing references on what needs to be selected where?

all settings must be in the camera...blue iris simply processes a basic stream sent to it by the camera. HA only works with h.264..no h.265 or smart codecs like h.264+
 
I set all cameras to H.264. I restarted the service and I still get the not compatible message.
 
I do not have a video card installed . Celeron G1820 which on ark showed quick sync video support yes
