As far as the weeds in my yard, I pulled them two days ago. I'm on my way out right now to pull them again. As far as the weeds across the street, well those people were reported to Code Enforcement.
I see this here as well. Many on bikes and scooters with backpacks and definitely going somewhere with a purpose, all hours of the day.
During the school session, there's one teen who makes the rounds to all the school bus stops in our neighborhood. I always wonder if he is the neighborhood ambassador for the school kids - or wait - maybe he's watching out for the kids? I don't think he's all there. He always asks me when I'm out walking one of the dogs if he could pet them. Every one of my dogs always bark and growl at him, they know what's up.
