RasPiCam Black Line

I am getting this black line across the center of my feed. The line isn't there when I view on TinyCam Android app. I didn't touch any settings, just a standard MJPEG network stream.

Just started testing Blue Iris and also have that line with a Ubiquiti G3.

I have tried all kinds of different video settings and nothing seems to remove it...

It seems like it was an overlay error.
After a new start of BI the line was gone and it says "evaluation version"
