I was watching the show Inside Edition and noticed this, I didn't know Raytheon was also making LPR cameras too, pretty cool. Below are also some more pictures I found online, those are some big IR illuminators!

With 2017 revenue of $25 billion, this HUGE defense contractor has grown and diversified since its inception in the 1920's.
I'll say this, having been around some of their avionics (UHF radios, fire control radar and TACANs, etc. ) in Vietnam-era Navy aircraft...they likely work VERY well.
And I'll step way out on a limb here and say they cost a heckuva lot more than what we generally buy for our use...or what we'd be willing to spend!
