Recommend an IP Camera that works seamlessly iSPY -PLEASE?

I bought the Sricam SP008 and cannot get it to work.

iSPY "Add Wizard" lists 2 types of SP008 and neither work when running auto-detect.
The software from sricam.com/download.html works with this camera but, it does NOT have a motion detection area and I do not own a cell phone for the applet which, from what I read, has an alarm feature.

What I want to do now is, buy a camera THAT DOES WORK if any here can recommend a good one, that is...
Something wireless, outdoor, with PTZ around $100 to $150 would be ideal.

Hopefully, not one coming from China. LOL

Maybe post a few eBAY lnks to potentials would be great?

Sricam is garbage...there is no 100-150 outdoor ptz that is any good...

I got it working using the VLC plugin and it works well.
Sorry.. Cannot afford anything better than Sicam atm. Maybe down the road I'll upgrade.

Then buy a fixed cam.you have no need for a ptz

It is already mounted and working.
Some day, I'll get a POE switch and nice POE cameras on each corner of the house.
What POE cameras you recommend?
I like the ones that PTZ on a programmed setting.
I'd really like one that read license plates and remembers faces and zooms in on things that trigger the motion alarm.
25x zoom so I can zoom in on houses at each end of my street, with parabolics lol
