Hello folks,
I came across this website by Googling "IP Camera Forums". The reason for my head popping up in here is to figure out what a good / affordable CCTV camera system is. Presently I live at my parents house in a Tolls Brothers complex so the neighborhood is overall safe. Unfortunately a person stole a package inside my mom's home because I forgot to lock the front door. Due to me moving out of the house in October I want to ensure my mom has enhanced safety features.
Can people recommend a IP camera that can be viewed from the phone, cloud, and good in cold weather? HD 720 P or 1080 p is fine. Price must be affordable. This is a retirement community, not downtown Harlem Street, New York New York.
I'd prefer the product be available on Amazon if possible.
The camera must have:
720 or 1080 P.
Cloud Synchronize and Phone Alert
Nighttime vision and fog resistant. (Live in New England on top of a mountain.)
I'm hoping to buy four cameras. Two for the front door and two for the porch so each angle is covered.
I'd be okay with having one that I have to wire. I'd be able to call in a IT person to set it up if necessary.
