Reconnecting error code HCNetSDK.dll 427

In IVMS4200 I get this error in multiple view (no feed), when I double click on the picture (goes full view) the error disappeares and live feed works.

Any clues?

I know this is from last year, but I get the same issue with Hikvison Villa Door.
