Recording on SD card on IPC-HDW5231R-ZE

Hi All:

I am having some issues recording on 128GB SD cards on my IPC-HDW5231R-ZE.

I would like to record continuously. I set the Record for general mode everyday. So what is happening is that only one camera is working and it records 2 and 1/2 days. All cameras are set the same but the other 9 only record like 3 hours then repeat. I just got through running check disk on all SD cards and they are in fact 128GB. When I format in cameras they come out as 121xxx GB.

I have 2.622.0000000.23.R, Build Date: 2018-03-30 on all cameras and all settings are exactly a like except the IP info and camera names. All cameras are keeping the time correct.

Do I understand correctly that general is just continuous recording? Motion & Alarm are not checked in setups. Snap shoot is not set.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried swapping the SD card that is recording 2.5 days into one of the 3 hour cams? If so, what happens?

I'm a newbie to Dahua stuff, but I know dashcams and some android phones/tablets can be really finicky with SD card brands, types, etc.
