Gents,
I have a DS-2CD2142FWD-IS, and have had endless troubles trying to record to my Synology NAS. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience recording to SD Cards. I am looking at using a 128GB SD Card. Are class 10 cards fast enough to record to, using the settings I have outlined below? Also, when recording to a SD Card, how do I access the recorded files off the camera? Is there a network share on the camera I can access to pull the recordings off, or do I have to remove the SD Card?
Res - 2688X1520
Bitrate - Constant
Frame Rate - 20
Max Bitrate - 16384
Video Encoding H.264
I Frame Interval - 20
