refurbished dell opti i7-8700, enough horsepower?

ebay Dell opti i7-8700

i was lead to the above link via the ipcamtalk page, "Choosing Hardware for Blue Iris". that dell with an i7-8700, 32mb ram, 1tb ssd (os+BI+clips). the cpu covers quick sync video. i have a couple of WD purples still in their boxes sitting about. that should get me started with BI and 8-12 ip cams, generally speaking? just measuring twice before i pull the plug on it.

EDIT: You may discover that using the sub streams will lower CPU usage more than Intel QuickSync....

When I clicked on the link, I only saw an i7700 as a choice. Maybe it was sold out by the time I checked?

i saw that too when i was making choices. reading the description i had thought may be the i7-8700 was the default and the other cpu options in list where the other choices. looks like i was in correct in that. oh well, i know what i'm lookin for now, so another deal will present itself there. thank you for your reply.
