Today I've had quite a few problems with Version 4 which I've had for 5 years.
Outstanding is this major one.
Because of all the problems I've had today I thought I'd try a restart of Blue Iris. Shut down and reopened to find my registration had disappeared and I was back on the trial version. Entered the code and found all my settings had disappeared. Not a problem I thought install from backup only to find that not one of my backups from the last five years worked, all Reg 5 error. So I've set everything back up from scratch.
Just had it freeze as I was making some changes to the email server and it's lost its registration and all settings again.
Also backups made today same problem.
I would be grateful if anyone can assist. Might be a bit slow on replies as I'm away for a few days for a break having just had three stents inserted.
