Greetings,

On this wizard page, it the only one that has a red X because of timeout or something.
I have tried at least a dozen ways and restarted fresh and I get HTTP: 12029 cannot connect so I think
it may be this error I get with the wizard. (see attached)
Can anyone help me please.

Much obliged

Have you forwarded port 8585 of your blue iris port on your router? You can also use UPnP but I prefer port forwarding. VPN is also preferred but for Blue Iris I just forward the port. If you have the router model I can help you search for instructions if you are unfamiliar.

For Protocol you only need to select "TCP" and not "all" since Blue Iris does not use UDP. Can you access the router page? If so I can log in via teamviewer and assist if you like.
