After something happened or router has been rebooted i have noticed that I'm no longer can see my cameras remotely.
I have HikVision ERI-Q104-P4 with 4 cameras which i can access from iVMS-4200 from my laptop which on a same WI-FI as NVR, but not remotely.
Steps to troubleshoot i have completed:
1. IP Address for NVR the same as IP I have used remotely.
2. NVR Port same as Remotely.
3. On home Router Orbi I have opened ports 80; 8000 ; 443 ; 554 for NVR IP address.
4. Enable DDNS >>> Protocol DynDNS
Still no luck.
Please help, greatly appreciate you help.
