Hi,
Been having trouble setting up a Samsung (Hanwah Techwin) NVR model SRN-3250 and remote connection.
Ports specified in the network page are
TCP 4000
Web 80
RSTP 554
RTP 4000
I have setup port forwarding for 4000, 80 and added a range for 554-558.
I can connect fine over the internet with username and password prompt appearing and can login and navigate around the menu’s just fine, however I cannot get any of the camera streams to show, on the lan side they are showing video streams fine but on the wan all camera segments of the multi screen are blank, choosing single screen and 1 cam is also blank
I have rstp/rtp enabled and tri d VLC player with the direct rstp stream address for ch1 camera and get an error- dead output (in vlc log).
Now I think there is an additional port or ports need forwarding but don’t know what they could be?
Anyone help with this?
