Renewing support plan

Hello

I need to renew my support plan, to remove the blue ‘evaluation’ banner
I am not sure which plan I need?
I have a V4 key and currently using V5

Do I select the top option
Or the middle one for my V4 key?

As far as I am aware either should give you the upgrade to v5. The difference between the 2 plans is that the top one auto renews whereas the middle is a one off.

That is correct, any of the support extensions will upgrade your v4 key to make it usable with v5. The only difference is the cheaper ($30) plan sets up a recurring payment. You can cancel the recurring payment any time, but the payment processor does not make it easy.
