Reno Nevada airshow crash

My boss flew out to Reno from Tennessee with a 80 year old pilot friend of his to watch this air show. He saw this jet crash from the stands. It killed the pilot instantly.
He is flying back with his 80 year old pilot friend tomorrow........in a 1961 Mooney Low Wing.....needless to say, he is a bit anxious about his flight home.....

Here is another view. Some say he got into a high G situation and blacked out.

He was under some G's for quite a while there. I'm guessing he blacked out or was at least disoriented enough to lose his ground reference.
