I wrote a thread about how I could not get my Reolink 411 wifi to work with BI. Well I got bored and tried again and lo and behold it worked. Follow the instructions on Reo link's site. Make sure you set it to baseline or you will get the smearing. I don't know why it works. There was a firmware update on the 411, and a lot of updates for BI...
