Reolink Cam on Kodi

I want to watch Reolink Cam on Kodi, i try with RTSP link, but its too bad, sub stream works but its too bad quality.
I need main stream.
On night and morning its works good, but on day, its works like bad. On reolink app i get good image.

Image on mainstream i get is in attachment.

Has reolink added an i-frame interval setting yet? (may be called keyframe interval or GOP / group of pictures)

If so, set it equal to the frame rate so there is one i-frame per second. It may help clean up the corruption.

Also if Kodi has the option, make it use TCP for the RTSP stream instead of UDP.
