Reolink Cams - Network Issue?

Hello everyone,

I've hit a wall trying to diagnose this issue. I've got 4 new reolink cams on the property, 1 dome and 3 bullet.

All are on the latest firmware. Power is provided by this unit:Amazon.com: WS-POE-8-48v60w Passive 10/100 Power over Ethernet PoE Injector for 8 IP Cameras, VOIP Phones or Access Points, 48 volts, 60 Watts Total Power: Electronics

The problem I have is that they are lagging and dropping frames. It's most clear when the timestamp freezes and skips over few seconds.
This is the case through the web viewer, reolink desktop app, as well as BI and Milestone. I've tried every setting possible, all the way down to minimum quality and frame rate. No noticeable affect. Strangely, it seems to be less frequent overnight. Cam CPU load is low, as is the server's.
Milestone would drop cameras for up to a half-hour or more when there was a lot of activity, logging the error "camera failed to provide an image." Disabling 3/4 cams did not help either.

Am I missing anything here? What should my next steps be? Thanks is advance.

How about that. Power issue?

Length varies, but all of them should be at or under 100ft. I used 5e solid.
I think I'll try a different injector. That may explain why it's the same issue across cameras.

I made them, and used the B standard. Every run was good, according to my tester.
I'll try just one camera on the injector, and see if it's a load issue. Then I'll isolate from there.

What type tester? The simple ones that only check continuity end to end doesn't tell you if you will have data transfer or poe issue's if the connections are iffy.
