ReoLink E1 BI triggered recordings

Easily setup my new cam in BI using the ONIVF. The Reolink E1 picture quality is a big improvement over my old Amcrest. BUT when triggered the the BI recording is jumbled. ???

camera properties -> video tab -> 360: drop down box ( halfway down on the right side) Try wall or ceiling setting and then check the recordings.
