Before I mess with BlueIris or some alternative I'm testing things out ...

I own a Cobra 4k NVR. It currently hosts two hard wired Cobra cams and two Reolink RLC-410W wifi cams.

One Reolink connects via the main router - the other via the same model router (in AP mode),
both are working reliably.

I've tried the same Mainstream URL & Substream URL string parameters as the others ...

rtsp:/192.168.xx.xxx:554/h264Preview_01_main (for both) - but I get a failed connection on the RLC-510WA.

I can see the camera feed fine using the Reolink application on a mini-laptop running a MS version of windows.

The IP is manually assigned in the router's LAN - DHCP Server, same as the others.

What might I be missing, please?

From the laptop can you ping the IP that you believe has been assigned to a cam?
And is that IP seen in the main router's list of DHCP clients?

Found elsewhere:
  • Login to the cam's webGUI using the cam's IP in a web browser
  • Click on the Gear Icon (Settings)
  • Click on Network Settings
  • Click on Advanced
  • Scroll (if necessary) to Port settings - Enable RTSP for 554 and save
  • Scroll down to the bottom to find RSTP and ONVIF switches, enable both, save
Be sure to try ODM after the above; go to "Live Video", if successful RTSP URL should be at bottom right.

If no joy, I'm beginning to think the 510A and 510AW use RTMP, not RTSP. :idk:
