replaced poe switch, now cant see pics except substream ?

had to replace my poe switch after a current surge, I think
I can see all the ip for the 3 dahua cameras when I look at client list in router
I can login to the ip and get the dahua screens however no live feed unless I enable and view the substream
my blue iris is not displaying any video giving me timeout error

any ideas ?

Is it a managed switch that you replaced or replaced with?

An unmanaged switch to another unmanaged switch shouldn't make a difference.

I would say to include pictures of the configs and ip so we can take a look at what might be the problem

if I enable the substream1 and click live and substream I can see the pic

Maybe the replaced switch is a bottleneck and you exceeded the bandwidth capabilities?

For kicks and grins to prove it - drop the FPS to 5 and see if the mainstream then shows.

ok changed the fps on all 3 camera to 5, still no main video

I would try different browsers on the PC to see if they will display the mainsteam. Maybe the desired plugin is no longer working.
In Blueiris, try adding a new camera (leave your existing camera setup alone), Use one of your existing cameras IP address and credentials, do find/inspect and see what happens.
