Hi, I have two hikvision NVR DS-7732NI-K4 connected via switch the first nvr on main office (MO) with ptz ip camera HIK the second nvr (BO) with another ptz ip camera.
I add the nvr's to ivms-4200 client at MO and control ptz ip camera from ivms corectly.
My problem when try to control second ip camera that connected to BO nvr, I have this error:
HCNetSDK.dll (23) Not supported.
How can i direct ptz ip camera on BO with ivms-4200 that installed in MO.
