Reset button Hi Look IPC T240H

Hi

I've searched the forums and have not found an answer to this question. I have a HiLook IPC T240H and do not have the admin password. I opened the camera looking for a hard reset button, but I cannot find any. Does anyone know if this model has a hard reset button? I've emailed Hikvision Support with the xml file and waiting for a response. Any other options to reset the password?

Certainly the spec doesn't mention a hardware reset feature.

Was this attached to an NVR PoE port?
If so, try the NVR password on the camera.
