I'm sorry it is not working, camera does not reboot. I think it needs correct admin password

There is a box with "RESET ADMIN" function but need provide a code.

I dont know how but managed to reset now after many tries.


Be aware changing password on ADMIN account will result in Admin become OPERATOR.

OK, solved it by

Hikvision SADP program.

clicked on forgot password.
entered security code: 12345

It has now reset my user and password to : admin admin
Access level changed from OPERATOR to ADMINISTRATOR.
