Hmmm on all my 2332 orders from milk, they have reset button pigtails. I think other suppliers have old stock.

Can you take a photo of the camera wiring?

Did you set the camera to only connect to a specific ip address?
Make sure you clear the browser cache...try deleting the plugin and re-installing it. If you have a plugin form a different firmware version still installed it may cause this issue.

I did. and I do it remotely too. still don't work. even power cycled.
Sorry, its not clear what you mean when you say "i did"
Did you disable or delete the plugin? Not just clear the history...actually delete the plugin? what browser are you using?
Did you set the cameras ip address filter option to only allow a specific ip?

Does SADP pick up the camera? Try assigning the camera a new ip address and see if it works.

You might just have a bad camera if it won't even accept SADP tool changes.
