Hello! Someone can help with advice on resetting the password on the camera Hiwatch DS-I202(c) I can’t contact the manufacturer because the camera was not bought officially.

According to the (translated) product page, the camera has a reset button.

You probably need to take the dome off to find it.
If you do - press the button, power on the camera, keep the button pressed for 30 seconds or more.
