I’d like to do a complete factory reset of a PTZ camera I have. The model number is SD1A404XB-GNR POE. I removed the cover from the back of the unit and I see a reset button. Is it just a matter of holding that button down and then powering up the camera while holding the button down for 10 seconds? I appreciate the help!
