I just bought a x40 zoom PTZ camera from a reseller. It was working fine except for the zoom tracking feature. After I update the firmware to V22.1.16.16.24-20220908, I have essentially lost meaningful use of the camera. It cannot tilt all the way to the previous highest position and the presets keep changing to locations pointing at the ground. How may I roll back the firmware update?
