Rip off alert - Digital River ripping off users on BI support

I pay with PayPal on autorenewal, and noticed today,
Software is saying "Expired" on 25th May,

PayPal says I have paid BI thru "Mycommerce.inc" a payment on 24th May, £32.23 and shows Blueiris Extended Sup
PayPal says I have paid BI thru "Digital River" a payment on 27th May, £27.90 and shows Blueiris Shareit.info

I only have 1 licence,

Not sure which value is the correct price.
Can anyone point me in the right direction.

UPDATE: Just received email from "MyCommerce" with new key on it.
So I think I will cancel the Digital Rivers auto payment as not heard anything from them and see what happens next year.

UPDATE: Sent email to BI support, few days later received email from MyCommerce who said that they could see the payments made. They have cancelled the other 2 and sending me a refund. Great response and well happy.

I myself have been double billed 2 years in a row. I didn't notice it last year but DigitalRiver is pretty good about responding/refunding. I found this link helpful:

Also note that there is a link to login to an existing account when renewing. If you don't login it creates a new account for you every time. <email_address>-1, -2 -3, etc.

I have been ripped off by Digital River on BI support also.

They send renewal bills every few months and, forgetting when I last paid, I pay it. It's supposed to be ONCE per YEAR. My fault for paying it, but theirs too for repeated billing months before it's due. I contacted them and they refunded one of my extra payments, but I still got ripped for > $100.

I keep track of it now and it will be a cold day in hell before they get an extra cent from me. Keep track of when you pay your annual maintenance fee.

I'm a huge BI fan but getting boned on paying the annual maintenance fee sucks.

I have no problem with support renewal annually with BI and it's optional.

My only beef is I have also had billing issues and am quite certain many others have as well and feel that Digital River is a poor choice for handling any software. I've had periodic issues with them in the last 4 years over several pieces of software with NO relation to BI.

Bottom line...if your billing for 4 unrelated pieces of software from 4 different companies in a 4 year period gets botched twice and NONE of your personal shipping or billing info has changed in that time then that's a pretty piss-poor record, IMO...they bat .500 with me and that's not good.

It's unfortunate but I feel that their poor service may reflect unfairly but still poorly on Perspective and it would not break my heart if Ken moved to a different company to handle the sales and distribution of an otherwise stellar product, which Blue Iris is.
