Got it fixed. Working like a charm. did not use pin 5 and 8.

Hey steve9380, I think I may have the same issue. I thought that my problem may be the POE and would be fixed with a splitter but works intermittently. Which connector did you buy to replace your broken one? It looks like one or two of my RJ45 pins may be corroded and I am thinking of cutting the connector and installing a new one fully waterproof (ditto on cable termination on the other side). Thanks.
