Robbery Depixelate video footage

Hi all

I’ve had someone steal something from the front of my house I was able to get them on the 8 megapixel camera dahua but it was about 15-20m away at night and they had the lights on......

is there a way to depixelate video because I can just see some numbers on the numberplate .
