Rolling on the river...

The American Queen passed by my house today after she left Chattanooga, TN enroute to Decatur, AL.

All the neighbors were out watching as evidenced in the last video.

Some of my video is "jumpy". I welcome any advice on how to correct that.

Too much zoom and not enough FPS for the motion.

The last video is the best!

I don't see anything actually wrong with the video. With that much zoom, even a tiny vibration affecting your PTZ camera will make it shake like that. Increasing the frame rate would also improve smoothness.

Increasing framerate will also require more storage if that is a concern.

It isn't as simple as that. That is only true if the camera is encoding VBR (variable bit rate) and the current average bit rate is below the maximum that is set.
