RTSP 500 Internal Server Error on new i-PRO Camera

Hello all,

Having some trouble setting up a recent i-PRO camera we received.

Getting an RTSP 500 Internal Server Error. I can access the camera over via web browser, ping it etc., but it still gives me "No Signal" in BI.

Here are the settings. Not sure what needs to be changed.

It's likely either the wrong URL for that cam's RTSP stream path or it needs some configuration or enabling via the cam's webGUI.

So you put in the cam's IP, username and password and clicked on "Find/Inspect" ?

BTW, no need to redact private (LAN) IP's, we all have them; my BI server is 192.168.200.250....

Figured it out, it was the wrong URL. Thanks for the help!
