I like to remote view two Hikvision DVR behind router with one static IP using IVMS 4500
I use standard 8000, 554 port for first dvr and 9000, 1026 for second dvr
I got no problems remote viewing first dvr, but when I try to use IVMS 4500 / 4200 live view I get HCnetsdk 413 / 7 error, although I can watch remote playback using IVMS4200
Also I can get live stream from second dvr using rstp fromat stream and VLC player
can you please advise why I can not get live view from second dvr using IVMS 4500 / 4200
