RTSP streams from hikvision NVR freezes

Hi!

I have a Hikvision DS-7608NI-E2 / 8P/A.
I use Blue Iris to receive camera streams from the NVR and they freezes for about five seconds, streams five seconds, freezes five seconds and so on..

The live feed in the hikvision NVR webpage is fine. No freeze or lag there.

If I connect to a camera without the NVR its also okay.

Same problem if I use a bad quality stream.

Its looks almost like the stream are snoozing half the time. All camera streams dies at the same time for all the cameras.

Do you see the same effect if you play the same NVR streams using VLC for example? To determine if it's the NVR or BI that's doing this.

Thank you for answer. Tried VLC and that is working fine! Same rtsp address as in Blue Iris..

This is what I see in Blue Iris. Its dropping fps to 0 and goes up and then dropping to 0 again.
Any ideas what can causing this?
