I am running 5.2.9.12 x64 as a service on Win10 Pro and the console will not open. If I stop the service I can open the console. Any suggestions?

Make sure that if running as a service that you use the same username/password as that when to logon when running BI GUI.

If you run services.msc, then find the BI service make sure that it is running using the same account as that which you’d normally use to logon to the Pc.
SouthernYankee, I was not able to find 5.2.6.5, so regressed to 5.2.7.9 which has the same error. Prior update listed is 5.2.7.8 or 5.2.6.1. Do you have a link for 5.2.6.5?
