Running conduit around Exterior Chimney

Here are my choices, two 90's and to elbows, three 90's and one elbow. I want it to look as professional as possible. I'm thinking 3 90's and one elbow for ease of pulling cable would look good. I will be placing security screws in the covers.

What about actually up the chimney, assuming not in regular use, and not plastic conduit?
Invisible=very professional.
A certain member here wired his up the SVP, that worked out OK.
And I have wired mine down the outside of the SVP, internally, quite a good route from attic to underfloor.

Since I'm running the cat cable in conduit around the exterior, do I need to ground the conduit? I'm going from interior wall out into weatherproof box then into conduit runs.
