Screen not shutting down

I have my screen set to shut down after 10 min in Windows power settings. It is not happening. It is not set for sleep, just shutting down the screen. I am suspicious that BI is preventing this from happening, it is the only active application when the problem occurs. It also seems like it started when BI version was upgraded. I guess to be sure I should deactivate it and see what happens. Has anyone had a similar issue? If so what was the solution.

In Blue Iris, under "Settings" => "Startup" tab, insure "Prevent the Windows screensaver while Blue Iris is in the foreground application" is UN-checked.

You're welcome.
FYI, it's also found in BI's built-in "Help". I did a Find, used key word "startup".
