Screen sizing problem Hikvision NVR

Ok. I had my system for a while and when viewing it on my monitor it was fine until i fitted a new camera.
When I view my camera or playback in full screen all my buttons rewind/digital zoom/pause etc are mostly off the screen!
Has anyone seen this before??
I don't remember changing any settings.

Just chang the window size? I think it's in the view menu at the top

You're talking about ivms4500 im talking direct from nvr program. Looked at every setting and cant find anything

you got resolution setting for the output for the display on the nvr. its prob that one thats a bit off, just log in remotely with a browser and change it should be easier if you cant see it in the menus
