Couple of questions and potential issues if anyone can answer that would be great.
My NVR status light is on which states in the manual that something is abnormal but I can’t find anything wrong.
Smart add function cannot be found and was not available on the setup wizard.
Tried playing around with heat map and face detection but it says my channel does not support either. However both my NVR and Camera states that it does on the data sheets.
I do have the latest firmware installed on both and have done resets on everything. Also everything was purchased from Andy and is branded Dahua if that makes a difference.
As a whole the system seems to work very well just tinkering and trying to learn the system.
