I had a simmiular problem with one of my five SD59430U-HNI (it blocks where it should not block in PAN motion)... had to send it back to repair, what helps... after repair no problems at all (I think, it was some kind of mechanical problems).
So, you better send it back to the seller, tell him to change it to a none defect or to send it to Dahua to repair.
