Dahua has announced a new version of the Dahua Mini Black Face PTZ (SD29204S-GN & SD29204T-GN) with a starlight sensor, the SD29204UE-GN
The new starlight model has "UE" in the model number.

Features
  • 1/2.8” 2MP STARVIS™ CMOS Sensor
  • Minimum Illumination: Color: 0.005Lux@F1.6; B/W: 0.0005Lux@F1.6; 0Lux@F1.6 (IR on) [10x lower than the old non-starlight model]
  • 2.7mm ~11mm motorized lens (4.4x Zoom), 112°~30° HFOV
  • Digital WDR, Day/Night(ICR), 3DNR, AWB, AGC, BLC
  • Multiple network monitoring: Web viewer, CMS(DSS/PSS) & DMSS
  • IR Distance: 30m
  • 802.3af PoE <13W
  • Micro SD card memory (128GB Max)
  • Onboard Microphone

The image senor and maximum SD card size are basically the only changes to the specs.

Thanks for mentioning this, couldn't find on Ali or Amazon. Is is yet to be added to Andy's buy sites?
 
It's brand new. I doubt it's available yet, I you want to know contact him to find out. Be aware this is intended to be an indoor camera.
Products often show up on the new products page at least a month or two before they're actually available.

Like it's predecessor, it doesn't look like this is IP66 rated. Has anyone had any trouble with the original version getting wet and failing?

I have a mini black face camera mounted just below the eve on the regular turret style wall mount. It sits probably 10ft’ and pretty much at the corner of my house without having to use a corner bracket. Its been outside for well over 1yr. I just put a little silicone before mounting it onto the wall mount.
 
I picked up 2 of these from Andy and designed a low profile wall mount for it to use indoors. I put the files up on Thingiverse for those of you with 3D printers. Dahua SD29204UE Mini PTZ Wall Mount

What diameter can accept? Maybe it would work for other cameras as well. Great job.

The diameter of the the circular part is about 134mm. Any camera that can use the PFA103 mount adapter from Dahua should fit.
