I would share with you my troublshouting about a loop reboot, when I upgrade the firmware camera, so I couldn't access the web UI, it gaves me just 2 min online, I did a hard reset button unsuccesseful, the camera forget the authentification, so I used ConfigTool to initialize the camera
I try to use it to upgrade the camera, it appears ' Start to upgrade failed" " connection failed".
when I used another version of Configtool DahuaWiki, it accept upgrading but the online time ( 2 min ) is unsufficient to complete the upgrading, so I waited the first second of running and I launch quickly the BATCH UPGRADE, fortunately, it's working I share with you this result because I found a high missing of help in that issue, I hope that you resolve it too.
