Hello

I have 3 SD52C430U-HNI cams
one boxed because of ip faille ( have to reset with Wire Shark)
two mounted: one working correct and one give picture but no PTZ.

If I compare the correct one :

• Version

Software Version 2.422.0000.8.R.E4.301d.3S.NR, Build Date: 2017-03-15

the one with problems:

I googled and tried on the Dahua site to find the version: 2.422.0000.8.R.E4.301d.3S.NR, Build Date: 2017-03-15 .
no result.... can someone help?
