Sd59230 can't get smooth video recording

Also just noticed top left of cam is blurry no matter what setting, while far right is crisp. as you can see in screenshot far left top house, & trees are blurry as you move to the right the houses get more detail

If you take all of your cams offline, unplug everything from the switch, does the PTZ work any better?
Tried a new store bought cable to the PTZ.
Any ports forwarded in your router?
Do you have all cams blocked from contacting the internet in your router?
Do you have UPNP turned off in the router and all cams?
Forget about BI until you can get the cam to work properly in it's webGui.
